Pretty much agree with you. Try to go up one notch to programs like Cass or Cranfield - or Manchester for the degree to really be worth it.
Schools with international accredations like AMBA, AACSB, and EQUIS are always better and in the long run, worth the extra couple years of working before applying, GMAT prep, etc.

Agreed. But If you are not aiming higher, then even the Edinburgh Business School (EBS) of Heriot Watt University may be a better bet than the Cardiff MBA. The EBS MBA also has a finance specialization and is a cheaper option.
