I have done my engineering in Electricals and an exp of 18 months till date.....nw i wana go fr MBA.
is tis work ex enough to get into good B school /university...or is advisable to gain sum more experience.....
the consultants here in India are sayiung i don't ned to write IELTS/TOEFL as I have good english scores in 10'th and 12'th std.....is it so.....
suggest me hw to go abt it....
should I prepare foe IELTS/TOEFL or GMAT fr good university......

Well, most schools want 2-3 years of work experience, but you can get into a b school with less(or in some cases even non) work experience, depending on other factors in you're resume(like GMAT score, Interview, recommendations ect.)
GMAT is almost always required in order to get admitted to a top ranking school, so i would suggest you take a test(preferably following a preparation course).
