These are unusual programmes,  since freshers MBAs are not much demanded in the UK. The Cardiff program is huge,  and serves the Asian market. I see the Liverpool programme picking up on selectivity and even got ranked by The Economist. I can't see either placing well into the UK job market, but Liverpool seems a better choice

Thank you for your reply, Duncan. I appreciate it.

Could you suggest to me which one among these two -> the University of Birmingham (International MBA) or the University of Liverpool (MBA)?

Also, between the University of Birmingham (MSc Strategic Marketing and Consulting) and Queen Mary University London (MSc Marketing and Digital Communications)?

Regardless of MBA or MSc, would you say Birmingham is the better schoo?

Almost always. QMUL might have the edge for some finance goals, and for a PhD it would depend on the topic: all these schools have some world class research. Overall, Birmingham is stronger: https://www.eduniversal-ranking.com/business-school-university-ranking-in-united-kingdom.html

Hello Mr. Dunkan, I would like to ask your opinion regarding the Master of Public Administration. Are there any good Schools in the UK for that? And if yes, which one is the best? If the person from another country has a strong experience in Public sector (Government), and would like to be promoted, which option will be better - MBA from one of the Best Schools in the UK or MPA? MPA is not very popular (as I can see), but matches better with Public sector probably.

This is not something I focus on. Obviously, there are better and worse schools. The Civil Service uses various providers for training people, for example in security (Cranfield's Shrivenham campus and KCL's Royal College of Defence Studies), healthcare (Birmingham and Manchester) and social policy (LSE). Given the central government hiring freeze and the nationality rules (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/nationality-rules), I think UK government is a challenging setting.

Thank you so much Sir, but I am looking for a program to work in EU rather than in the UK.  If the person has more that 10 years of experience within the Government manager's positions, and want to proceed further to develop the career within the EU institutions, which option would be the best choice in terms of the postgrad international programs in the EU?

Sciences Po, the College of Europe and the Hertie School seem like the obvious options.
