I have gota 313 GRE score. I am a female chartered accountant from India, which is a top 1 percentile qualification. I have a combined 7 years of work experience, which is financial consulting in a Big 4 and corporate Finace in a Fortune 500 company.

Do I have a chance in getting in for MBA at Cambridge or Oxford ?

You say nothing about your goals, or why they are a better fit for Oxbridge than other schools. Top British universities do not select only on the basis of scores. So, you have a lower than average chance of admission since admitted candidates at that stage would know that is more relevant information than your GRE. 

You can search online for data on where your GRE scores are percentile wise but it appears they are only a little better than average. 

Therefore, as Duncan says, think more about your goals, specifically around which role/sector/country you may want to work in.
