Help for LBS MBA

Do LBS and Oxford look at the GPA extensively? If to what extent and how much can a high GRE/GMAT offset a very low GPA?

For context, I was unable to get a decent GPA (2.32) from one of the top business schools in Pakistan, owing to some personal reasons, but have tried bouncing back ever since. Have 4 years experience spanning from consulting, Q-Commerce B2C startups and a fintech working in corporate finance/capital markets and strategy. Also have taken the GRE and gotten a decent score (167 Quant and 164 verbal) which translates to almost 740 on the GMAT. (I had taken the GRE a year ago as was unsure between MiF or an MBA. Do I stand a chance at LBS or Said, as have heard that Cambridge is adamant on their GPA requirements, so floating this out to the community here

A high GMAT or a transcript from more recent graduate-level course is a good way to show that you are able to deal with demanding academic work. The rest of the application matters do, including alumni recommendations.

Thanks Duncan! Wanted to ask if I get recommendors from Tech and Finance backgrounds, served as CFOs to their respective companies, would add value to the application?

No, that's not helpful. Recommenders should be people who work with you closely.  Take a look at:
