I am a Doctor in management role.
Looking for healthcare MBA with January intake in UK. Found Brunel and Coventry. Coventry is closer to home but I think not accredited. Does it make difference. Any suggestions.

It depends on your goal. Brunel is certainly much, much better.

Yes, accreditation does make a difference.
One thing to consider is if you really need a specialization: what kinds of careers are you looking for in the healthcare field?
If you want to work in the UK in the field (in the NHS for instance) I think the Brunel program is a decent choice. However, since the industry is very national -- laws/regulations vary according to the country you're in -- I would not recommend the program if you plan on working elsewhere besides the UK.
