Full time MBA: Bath - Durham - UoEdinburg - Aston - Exeter

ss10

Hi, I'm from India. I have 7 years of experience in Software (SaaS) Sales for tech companies and also have recently founded a tech platform which I plan to grow during/after MBA as side hustle till it becomes main.

I have offers from: Durham, Edinburg, Bath, Aston, Exeter. I was unable to give GMAT and now it's a little late to attempt for it and secure Sept'23 intake which is a must for me.

Hence I applied to schools like Warwick (rejection), Lancaster (rejection), Strathclyde (rejection), Leeds BS (awaiting).

My goals: To secure a mid to senior leadership role in the UK in IT consulting or tech startups, in the areas of sales/marketing/strategy.

Based on certain factors of rankings, employability, etc., I have ruled out Exeter for now since it's a small town and far south.

I'm left with Durham > Bath > Edinburg > Aston as choices in my order of preference.

What I value: Employability in the UK post MBA (with possible 100k+ salary), College reputation amongst recruiters, Networking opportunities in the college and the city.

Yet to get a reply on how much scholarships they decide to give me.

- Would it be wise to pick Bath over Durham/Edinburgh for the above factors and being closer to London?
- Should I apply to Liverpool & Leeds Business School in case they are better than these?

Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Best

Yes, that makes sense too. For me the #1 factor is securing a job (possibly near a £100k mark or more). I have done thorough research on FT, forums, LinkedIn alumni, etc. so far.

If I may bother you with two last questions:
1. Somewhere on an older discussion, I read your answer that mentioned --> 2 out of 5 Bath MBA grads secure a job in the UK on an average. Do you have a similar stat may be for Durham, Edinburgh, Exeter?

2. What is the metric on the X-axis on this picture you posted? I understand that Y-axis is the average salary Post-MBA if I'm not mistaken. https://twitter.com/DuncanChapple/status/1348356513010757632/photo/1
I'm not a twitter user, hence I don't think I have complete visibility of the post.

P.S. @Duncan. I admire your persistent support in this entire forum from years. Your responses everywhere have been extremely insightful. I appreciate you taking the time out to help me and others like me.
