Hi, I got unconditional offers from these three business schools. Can somebody provide comparison of these schools in terms of ROI , post mba job prospect and quality of the courses ? Does CASS provide any scholarship ?

Look at the Value score in the FT 2012 ranking to compare Roi. Overall cass > Lancaster > Birmingham.

Thanks Duncan... Do you know if Cass FTMBA focus on the 'finance' part ? I have noticed that Lancaster's FT ranking has been degraded drastically in last two years ? Any idea what is wrong with the school ?
---------
Also, can you please help me to read the 'value' and 'career' column in the FT ranking. In the FT ranking for CASS, value ranking is showing much higher than the other two school whereas 'career progress rank' is much less in CASS . How to read and understand this better ?

Lancaster has fallen because of the reduced salaries of Indian students, who are finding work at home because of the recession in the UK. Cass is strong for finance, but it's a big school that's good for general management.
The columns in the FT ranking are annotated. If you hover over the column heading you'll see the definition. RoI is return/investment so low fees drive it, and so do high salaries. The highest salaries on the way out go to the students with the highest salaries in the way in. Cass students are modestly senior.

Thanks Dancun for your inputs...as usual you are excellent with providing insightful feedback ... Would you be able to give some idea about the difference in living cost between london and lancaster for an international students ? I am little bit in dilemma whether to choose between lancaster and CASS... difference in tuition fees are 8500 GBP... plus trying to figure how much extra cost will be there for living in london...

I would imagine that sort of information is in the prospectus. I'd imagine Lancaster is 2/3rds the cost of London.

Ok Dancun...is Lancaster a Tier 3 kind of school in UK and overrated in 2010 and 2011? Or it should come in Tier 2 (together with manchester, warwick, crainfield)?

No, I think it has been ranked fairly every year. It is a strong school. If it was near a major city, perhaps it would do better. It did not major a major early investment in its careers advisory and coaching provision when the recession started. That means that students from Asia are not getting the same high salaries.

I have seen Lancaster on several US rankings too.
