why u always refer to ft ranking ?? there are another rankings putting Bradford in a late position!!!
for example the guardian ranking
http://www.theguardian.com/education/table/2013/jun/04/university-guide-business-management-studies
they put brad ford in the position 99!!!!!
while oxford brooks in 35 and loughborough in 11

That is a great ranking for undergraduate programmes; only the FT and best masters produce useful rankings of graduate programmes.

Bradford's crime is pretty average for a university in an mid-sized post-industrial city like Coventry, Leicester, Leeds, Nottingham: See http://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/crime-in-university-cities/ It's much safer than bigger cities with huge student numbers: Birmingham, Manchester, and London. I don't think Bradford has a very different reputation from those other post-industrial cities, and I think the university is shown by the rankings to have a good reputation.
I'd live there. Of course if you live on campus then you're totally safe.
The FT rankings show that the Bradford MSc is one of the top 50 world-wide. It's more likely to lead to work than schools which are worse, and less likely than schools which are better.
