Yes, I would imagine that a lot would count part-time, post graduation, experience.

"Post graduation" being a main point: very few business schools will consider pre-undergrad experience or work you did while a student.
Keep in mind that the majority of the people who apply for MBA programs will have 4-5 years of full-time work experience, and will be able to demonstrate career growth. In order to be competitive, you'll have to do the same, in terms of showing a demonstrable career arc, which many part-timers struggle with.
