its same susee says...
its late to take GMAT by now but there is a chance of getting conditional offer from schools like starthclyde, glasgow. u dn't project ur 3.5 years exp as technical, just say as supervisor, team lead where some managerial skills are shown.
my profile is also similar , I am applying for some schools w/o GMAT but giving GMAT by march.

You are correct Vasu.Managerial exp can able to make some success. But again I can't assure on the above colleges. In case of Strathclyde, they have a good demand world wide.In case of Glasgow they have a class strength of mere 40 to 45 students. So demand is heavy.I have succeeded in Glasgow only after many discussions.Prepare an impressive CV.That may help you a bit.

hi Susee,
Ur GMAT score ?
Ur GMAT score ?

Mine is 550 and Ielts of 7.But since I have considerable exp I did n't focus more on posting high score. Will not suggest the same for you.More over my financial conditions don't allow me to think about Cambridge or LBS etc.So I am comfortable with what I got.Its bit negative approach.Do not follow.Go for high score.

i have a GMAT score of 640 and a Toefl score of 109. But i guess it's not enough.

Good.Your GMAT score is marketable. But I don't have idea on Toefl. So cant make a comment on it.I think you have a exp of about 2.5 exp.A combination of all can definitely help you to succeed. If it is not so urgent, you could wait for one more year and that would help you to succeed in top ranked B-schools.

hi susee
a 109/120 in Toefl is equivalent to a 7 in IELTS. and i have a 3.5 years exp :) and i cant wait :) I know another year of exp would do a lot of good, but i am eager to start this year!

Oh! its 3.5 yrs exp.Possibilities are high.I think you are eligible in all aspects unless your aim is towards univ like Cam,LBS etc.Your CV and SOP will take care rest. All the best.
Note-If you have exp on man power administration or managerial roles its a big advantage.
