Hello, I realize most colleges / universities in Canada requires GMAT for MBA programs. Please can someone advise if there are schools that provides MBA prep programs as this is my only challenge in meeting up with the general requirements. Thanks.

A lot of community colleges in Canada have one year post-bachelors' diplomas in business.

... but if you're asking if by doing a pre-MBA course, you would not have to take the GMAT, I don't think that would work. I think that some schools, Laurier for instance, will considering waiving the GMAT if you've completed their CFA Level 1 program. If you have done previous studies outside of Canada, that school will also consider waiving the GMAT for the general MBA program (but not for the co-op MBA, which is more popular amongst international students.)
But in terms of "pre-MBA" courses, I think that these are usually designed for international students who need help with their English skills - and even if you'd pursue something like this, you'd still have to take the GMAT - if that's part of a school's application requirements.
