My GMAT score is 630 with 48 percentile in quants and a fresher with BTech as qualification. Would like to pursue masters in Financial Engineering or investment banking. Please advise on the universities/colleges wherein I need to apply.

SCALED SCORE IN QUANTS 49, PERCENTILE 81
SCALED SCORE IN VERBAL 27, PERCENTILE 45

WHILE REQUESTING GUIDANCE PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO TAKE UP TOEFL, IELTS TO OFFSET THE PERCENTILE IN VERBAL.

Why are you using block capitals? That's considered rude by some people; it's shouting.
Take a look at the bottom half of the FT ranking for pre experience masters in finance for schools to consider applying to. They will, in any case, ask for an English test score as well.
