I am a software engineer and i want to shift my career by doing an MBA. I am planning to apply for INSEAD mba programme after one and half years of work experience. what are the prerequisites that i should have in order to get my application approved ? What should i do ?
I dont have a great GPA (2.7) . My GMAT score is 690 . and from whom should i get recommendation letters from ?

Almost every MBA application requires a resume, an essay, letters of recommendation, transcripts and test scores. I would have a careful look at the INSEAD website to see what they require of you. Having work experience definitely helps. I would ask for letters of recommendation from instructors of your educational institute and from former employers.
