please can anyone tell is it compulsory to have full time bachelor degree to do full time mba ?
can i get admission in full time mba after part -time or distance graduate degree?
does each country have different rules for their mba programmes?
i know it sounds silly but i still want to know it.

in short full time mba school will not ask me question why do i need to second mba from their school?

It's no normal to do two MBAs, but the exception is if you take a pre-experience MBA and then come back ten years later to do an executive MBA. Both otherwise, there's too much similarity and you would be take a seat from a student who would benefit more.
