What are your goals? None of these have great UK placement, but Aston is probably the best.

I am a banker with 7 years of work experience. I aim to upgrade my career and reach to a managerial position in finance/marketing and settle in UK.

It would be great if you could rank these universities in order of preference or recommend any other university in similar budget.

I am getting 7600 scholarship in Surrey. I know that you have suggested Aston but is the difference that vast?

Compare the salaries at the bottom of that ranking with the salaries in the middle. Assume no-one gets a pay rise. What's the NPV of the difference in cashflows? An *average* MiF will be worth hundreds of thousands of pounds more than a below average one over a career. Trust the numbers.
