any opinion about Stafford global on behalf of the Edinburg Napier University MBA in health management degree?
which one is good
-- Edinburg Napier University MBA health management
-- York St. John MBA general
please give your expert opinion
thanks

What are your goals? Are you considering other programs? Usually schools that don't have accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS, or AACSB aren't the best options.

The odds are stacked against you already if you're looking to use an online program to try to relocate to Europe. If that's your goal your best chances would be to pursue a full-time MBA in the country where (1) you would like to work and (2) where you already speak the language at a fluent level.

If your only option is online at this point, I agree with Larry - choose an accredited program instead. And even if this is the case, I would not expect that an online program would help you relocate to Europe. The closest you'll probably get would be to do an online MBA from a UK school like Manchester which has a Dubai outlet and then try to leverage the brand name and the school network. Even then I'd say the odds would be against you.
