I don't think there's such a thing as a reliable ranking of Msc in Marketing programs. As a proxy, you might use the Financial Times' Master in Management ranking, which currently has Imperial at #19 and Cass at #24. But keep in mind that these rank the school's respective Msc in Management programs, not marketing specific programs.
I think that what Duncan was referring to was the fact that the Cass program is brand new, it literally just launched a few months ago. So it's hard to gauge the program's success or reputation because it doesn't have anything to show yet. Imperial's program is a few cohorts in now, at the very least you could start tracking down graduates and ask them directly.
