Which one is a better option? Doing MBA (mostly Specialization in SCM) from Canadian Business School or MS in Supply Chain Management from USA.

GMAT Score : 640
GPA : 4
Extra curricular : Decent amount of Leadership, Team Building and management experience and an active member of a NGO.
Work Exp : 2 years (IT field)
Degree: BTech in Biomedical Engineering

If you don't already have a visa that allows you to work in the US, and do want to work internationally, studying in Canada (with the intention of working there after graduation) is probably the better choice. For international students studying in the US, there are a lot of issues with visa rules / regulations.

Work on your GMAT score. This will help balance out your low level of work experience, and allow you to be competitive at better schools.
