She has a 90 days training which she want to do in Germany, can some one suggest where can apply for such training and some input on this?

She should ask her university of they have an exchange agreement with a German university. Otherwise, visit www.daad.de

Best option would be to apply with German institutions who can provide training of her interest. Considering she is doing MBA which itself is a training, i am assuming she is looking for internship?
