The UK is quite a small country, so being in the top 50 is not a mark of any particular excellence. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Northampton#Reputation_and_rankings and you'll see that it's 62nd, 47th and 59th in the main rankings. It's not a notable centre for management education, ranking 88th for business programmes (http://www.theguardian.com/education/table/2012/may/22/university-guide-business-management-studies).
I think the cheapest online MBA with notable accreditation (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations) is from France Business School (http://www.france-bs.com/mbaonline/ but they no long publish their fees, which I think was around 15,000 euro). University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of London International Programme are also worth looking at. UoLIP also run an excellent LSE diploma for graduates in management, which is an excellent, world-class brand to have on your CV; much better than a university which is not well known even in the UK.

Dear Sir,Thank you v much for the kind and valuable advice..university of London sounds great with very affordable price,it is very strange that such info never appeared through search engines like google,it seems that now search engines are looking for paid search results showing their advertisers only..thanks again

The University of London isn't a for-profit school, so it doesn't have the same drive to advertise. LSIB, although I have not heard of it before, presumably is a for-profit school.
The University of London is excellent: My own MBA is from there (via London Business School).

Hi,
LSIB is an ABE accredited college.
ABE - Association of Business Executives is recognised as an Awarding Body by the UK Government?s regulator, the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), so as a student you are assured of quality of education provided.
Also, on successful completion of Stage 1 of the programme from LSIB you are offered progression to MBA Degree programme to University of Northampton, UK. You are also eligible for progression to various other universities worldwide.

Association of Business Executives accreditation relates to the quality of tuition for ABE programmes. There's more to a quality business school than that: facilities, careers support etc.
Do any internationally-accredited MBAs (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations) accept the ABE diploma to cover stage 1 of their MBAs?
