I would like to know wich one is better today for MBA program?
I saw that both are in the same level on FT ranking.
The admission program is basically the same?
I do speak spanish and french so the language is not a problem.

You are mistaken. EDHEC is ranked by the FT MBA ranking. EADA is not. http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/global-mba-ranking-2020

The EADA Master in International Management program is ranked in the FT, but that's entirely different from an MBA.
In either case though (MiM or MBA) EDHEC is by far the better school.
It always depends on what your goals are though.
