I don't know this school, sorry, but as for your first question: Definitely, an MBA in international management can mean a huge step forward in your career - but you have to be careful to chose the right one. Means in a reputed school. Otherwise, if the MBA is not known internationally, it can as well make almost no difference for employers.
F.ex. look at the rankings, one factor to place an MBA in a good position in a ranking is the difference of income before and after doing the MBA. So, in terms of salary you can measure it, but as well for all the rest an MBA will push your career. Good luck!
