It's not impossible to get into a good MBA in your 30s.
Some of the Ivy's have good MBA programs. Look at the ones that are strong for placements in finance: Wharton, Columbia...

Cornell too.
In terms of landing a good job in the I-banking field, there are not a ton of opportunities out there. But with an MBA from a top school, at least you could have a plan b and maybe even a plan c. Your options would not be limited.
