I wanted to reach out, and hear everyone's thoughts about which program is better either Henley EMBA or Oxford EMBA. I am a Director of IT for a biotech/ pharma company with 15 yrs of management experience.

There is no way in which Henley is better than Oxford.

There's really no comparison. Just look at the salary stats in the current FT EMBA Ranking - $229k USD for Oxford grads and $142k USD for Henley grads.

Saïd is obviously worldwide top MBA. Now Henley EMBA is a highly valuable program. I think the right choice depends on how your own case is articulated. Both can make sense.
