That's a really broad question. What are your career goals? Do you speak French?

US, UK, France or South East Asia. That's kinda the good majority of the whole MBA world. Where do you want to work? What are your career goals?

I also have a GMAT score of 690. Can you please advise on which business schools in the UK I can apply to?

Depends on a lot of factors. Mainly, how much work experience do you have? What does your undergrad GPA/class rank look like.
Generally, Oxford's MBA takes in students with a 692 GMAT score on average. To give you a sense of work experience, the average there is 5.1 years.
Other average GMAT scores at UK MBA programs:
LBS: 707
Cambridge: 690
Cranfield: 680
Warwick: 650
Cass: 649
Manchester: Middle 80%: 550 - 700

Thanks what would you suggest to me if I have 3 years of work experience?

For most of the MBA programs that MBA Hipster listed, the b-schools will be looking for between 5 and 7 years of work experience.
Look at the schools where you outscore the average GMAT score - they may be more open to you if you have a really great GMAT score, comparatively. Cass, maybe? Then maybe pick one or two schools further down the ranking for safety - Durham?
Also, keep in mind that if you apply for 2018 you'll have closer to five years at matriculation - assuming you continue to work between now and then - which looks a lot better.
