EY now offers ALL its employees (all positions / roles) a free Hult online MBA. This is great for people in developing countries who might not otherwise have a chance at a US MBA. The fact that any EY employee is eligible even a junior or admin assistant is a pretty impressive benefit.

Wasn't this announced a couple of years ago? Or was that limited to some regions perhaps?

Yes, it's not news. Indeed, it's already something of a failure: https://poetsandquants.com/2022/02/28/only-55-have-graduated-from-eys-free-mba-with-hult/

If I was at EY my concern would be only learning with other EY colleagues. The value is mixing with different workplace cultures and that would be a big miss from the EY/Hult option. It’s still a brilliant perk for some, with a surprising low take up.
