I want to do a Masters in International Business or Marketing, preferably in Paris (in love with the city) from an affordable business school less than 20-25k euros. I have a 4-year Bachelors degree in Information technology and have been working for almost 5 years in the field of Marketing and Operations in India. After masters, I want to work in France or Europe for the next few years and I am looking for help on how to proceed on this. I have given IELTS and got an overall 7.0 band.
I have shortlisted two colleges IESEG & GRENOBLE, both have masters in International business in Paris campus and under 20,000 euros for a one-year programme.
Any suggestions on which college to choose or something you can recommend for my situation? I am looking to apply for the 2017-2018 session.
P.S. - I have started learning French which I think will be necessary for working there.

Don't take a masters taught in English if that is your goal. Take a one year programme to learn French.
