Hi. Believe me 25000 euros for a FT ranked MBA is more than OK as many MBA's could rise to 80000 euros. Besides, this could be the investment of your life, and also the ROI could be around the corner. You could try an Scholarship. Are you French?

I have been checking and there are some programs in germany for 5000 euros. Check "german MBA" on this site.

When it comes to an MBA, you get what you (or hopefully your scholarship) pay for. A better name means more to a potential employer. A low cost MBA is not perceived the same.
If all you want to do is learn the material, then go out and get some books. Almost all of the material which is taught in business schools (especially low cost ones) can be had from Amazon or your local library. If you want to have the curriculum, then check out the Open Course Ware site from MIT.
