Does anybody know a good one-year MBA with a strong Technology/Management-Engineering approach in Europe?

I was searching a lot through internet but I can't find any ranking with the bests Management of technology programs / MBA for engineers / etc.

Could someone help me?

What do you think about the MIT SDM program?
