MIB (MSc in International Business) from France

anusha90

Hi,

I am a 24 year old Indian. I have a bachelor's degree in Commerce (India) and have two years of work experience. I speak English and French (B2 level).
I am looking to advance my career and am interested in an Msc program (w/o GMAT) -as I don't think I'll be able to give GMAT now if I want to go for a Sept. course.
I would like to know the TOP B-schools of France for an MIB course, i.e schools wherein the course has better outcome in terms of good internship/full time job opportunities post completion.

Thanks in advance!

So this really doesn't match up: there really are very few business schools that deliver MSc programs with good post-program job opportunities, and also which do not require the GMAT.

The preeminent MSc programs in France are of course from HEC Paris and ESSEC. For both programs, you can take the GRE instead of the GMAT; you can even send in your CAT results to the EDHEC program.

Grenbole's program is also ranked but does not require the GMAT. However, the salary differential between the Grenoble program and the HEC Paris/ESSEC programs means that, on average, if you use "no GMAT" as your primary admissions factor, you're sacrificing some $20,000 per year in salary just so you don't have to take a test.

I think it's a little sweeping to say that HEC and ESSEC are the two preeminent schools. There's either one pre-eminent schools (HEC) or five (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, EM Lyon and ESCP). In the Challenges ranking, for example, EM Lyon and ESCP came before ESSEC http://board.find-mba.com/europe/2012-french-b-school-ranking-from-challenges-19783 .
