I didn't understand well, don't you want to pass your GMAT? I advise you to not make your choice depend on the requirement of GMAT or not of a certain program. If they don't ask for GMAT, you'll have to pass some other exam to prove your skills. Or it's not a serious MBA.
Did you have a look through the following threads about MBA in Germany (and Berlin)?

I think the reputation of this school is quite good. The school is being supported by the European Union in creating a EU/Asia link project, which includes a Master's Course in Chinese-European Economics and Business Studies (M.A.).
The Berlin School of Economics is not a university, but a School of Applied Science (Fachhochschule). In Germany there is a dual system of universities and Schools of Applied Science, the former being more academically orientated, whereas the latter having a more practical approach.
If you want to learn more about the MBA offered by the Berlin School of Economics and the student body check http://www.daad.ru/uploads/MBAEAP.pdf

The job market in Germany looks really strong right now. Unemployment has reached a 18-year low: http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/4aad862e-e27b-11df-9ea3-00144feabdc0.html
I'm an mechanical engineer from Eastern Europe with three years managerial work experience in a MNC. I speak English and some basic German.
Which German MBA program would you suggest to land a job in management in Germany/Europe?

Hi Negar,
You could check out the European Business School, and even ESMT- both are some of the top b-schools in Germany and have a very good reputation! Good luck!
