Have you considered distance MBA's? They're often much cheaper, and there are lots of good programmes out there. There's a list of a few you might want to start off with here:

As far as I know, the Fachhochschulen offer MBAs at a very low price in Germany. But you should be informed that these schools have no international reputation and are no first class institutions in Germany!
