Just for clarity: you don't necessarily need German language fluency to do the program, since it's delivered completely in English. If, however, you're looking to land a job in Germany after graduation, it will be tricky without German. Six months of intensive training before the program would go a long way, but it probably wouldn't get you to the level you'd need to conduct business in the country.
