FT 2021 Global MBA Ranking is published.
Harvard, Standard, Wharton, MIT, Columbia, and Haas are not in the list.
Why top B-Schools are absent?

If only the FT published a newspaper, as well as a ranking, where it could explain these thimngs.

The FT makes it clear on their website that some top US schools didn't take part due to Covid disruption. I'm not sure what is the point of publishing a ranking, even with that caveat.

The point is that big changes in rankings are in the interests of the ranking publisher. A school that joins or leaves the ranking feels the difference.

I agree, but it's really the advertising dollars that are driving the publication. Although it's a useful feature for potential applicants, it's also in the best interest of the FT to keep it going, even when there's a pandemic and many schools don't participate.

I'm surprised that even with this missing schools, MBAs from certain regions didn't rise more. Schools in China especially. CEIBS actually lost ground, when it seems that all the rest of the top 10 schools last year improved. Strong rise from HKU though, it's really in snapping distance of HKUST...
