Finding the Right bschool for Luxury Management

Hi I am Adishri and I am 23 years old and I a from India and currently working as an IT professional with 1year 6months of experience . I want to desperately Learn about luxury and brand management which has always been my dream can anyone consult me which bschool will be best for me I have jotted down few choices like SDA bocconi, Emlyon, Istituto Marangoni , NYU Stern etc or it will good if I do MBA in luxury mangement in ESSEC I have been very confused about which one will be the best choice MIM or waiting for a year more and doing MBA since I am moving to a totally different field considering the factors:


1. Course Structure (Tools, case studies, modern solutions, up-date technologies and teaching methods)


2. Ranking and recognition of the school 


3.Cost of admission 


4. ROI 


5. Good network of school


6. Exposure and market

Can you not just use the search facility? Just searching for the word 'luxury' brings up several threads in the results. 


Inserting links never seems to work for me on this board for some reason but if you scroll down the Discussions page there is one thread titled 'Should I accept or retry' with 60 replies.

Hi,

Sorry to disappoint you but you need to have at least 3-4 years of experience to apply for an MBA programme at a top Business School (irrespective of the specialization). So if you are thinking of applying this year or next year then an MiM would be the more realistic option. But if you are thinking for an MBA In Luxury Management then gather at least 3-4 years of experience before applying.
