University of Gloucestershire offers a Part-Time MBA program fully dedicated to family business! "MBA for the Family Business"
Also check out both part-time and full-time MBA offered by Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB), they have a concentration "smaller and family businesses".
Same goes for the full-time MBA of Escuela de Administración de Empresa (EAE) in Spain (its their only program taught in English)
