Hello,
I wanted to know about the fees, duration of the degree, placements, and about the part time jobs during studies.
And if I will come back to India because of any reason, will I get job in India after completed MBA finance from University of south Australia or this degree will be valid in India ?

Of course a degree will be 'valid' anywhere. However, whether it's valued in the companies you want to apply to, that's a different story.
Ask around and do some research in the industry / companies you'd be looking into and see if they know of / value UniSA. My sense is that if you want to work in India, you should probably study in India.
