Hello,
I am an Indian working in Program Management role for 4 years.
I have scored 640 in GMAT.
Could you suggest me some good B Schools in Asia with this profile? In case this score can give me scholarships, that quite preferable

Do you have a specific country in mind? Asia is a big place. I'd do some research, starting with this site:
http://www.find-mba.com/article/430/a-dragon-unleashed-mba-programs-in-south-korea
(South Korea)
http://www.find-mba.com/article/402/mba-programs-in-emerging-markets-china-and-hong-kong
(China and Hong Kong)
Narrow your options a bit before you start getting serious about schools.
As for a scholarship based solely on your GMAT score, I highly doubt it.

Thanks Ralph for your response.
Shortening down my country choice, I can opt for Singapore, N. Korea or China.
Obviously scholarship must take other aspects in account. I have 4 yrs experience in corporate Finance.
Is KAIST is an affordable college with my GMAT score & Work Experience?

He must mean South Korea. North Korea known neither for its stellar business schools nor for career prospects in corporate finance.
Just look around a bit. There are decent, accredited schools in all of the places you mentioned (assuming you did mean South Korea).
I don't know about scholarships in these places, though.
