I have completed three years diploma in petrochemical engineering after S.S.C in 1998.I am working in chemical/petroleum industry for the past 12 years.Am I eligible for MBA program in Canada as a mature international student?

This will different from university to university. Probably not; they will mostly expect a four year degree and a GMAT score.
