If you have a few years work experience, any of the Canadian MBAs in the Financial Times ranking will have good outcomes.
If you have no work experience, look for MSc programmes in marketing.

Focus on these schools https://find-mba.com/schools/canada/specialization/healthcare-pharma-biotech
If you have three years by the time you start, th. I think you could be an interesting candidate, depending on your goals and GMAT score.

That Queen's MBA / MSc in Healthcare Quality dual degree program could be interesting, but the Alberta MBA Pharmacy program is probably the way to go.

Again, school brand while helps, would not recommend be the #1 criteria for your decision. If you have aim for eg. is Pharma marketing, GTA would have good options, but so would cities in Western Canada.

Do you really need a specialized degree? What kind of jobs will you be looking to land after you graduate? It's worth taking a look at the requirements - and the people who are currently doing these kinds of jobs - and see what kind of MBA they have (if they do have one, at all.)
Generally speaking (not knowing your exact goals) - my sense is that if you study a general MBA at a ranked institution, you will probably have more luck landing management level marketing jobs in the health industry than if you did something specialized.
