I live in Israel and want to do MBA degree in Israel or Europe. I look at Kellogg MBA in Germany WHU and in Israel Recanati Tel Aviv. I hear the Recanati one is less serious but easier to finish and getting the same MBA degree in the end. I prefer to get the degree but I dont have a lot of time off from my job so i hear that lecture session is optional in tel aviv. In Germany is it same?

You are mistaken. It would not be possible to complete the Recanti degree without attending lectures.
