Accredited MBA in Egypt

Mali, you are confusing accreditation with the right to issu degrees. Cardiff Metropolitain University has a Royal Charter, allowing it to issue degrees in a very straightforward way. However neither MBA is not independendently accredited by AACSB or AMBA.

No, I don't think any business school worth attending would allow that.

I am comparing between AAST & ESLSCA for the MBA degree.. Any idea which one is better and whether they are both accredited universities?

In 2014 graduation ceremony it was clearly announced by Dr. Ali El Meligui:

" It doesn't matter with us accrediting your MBA certificates "

and till this moment they advised new applicants that eslsca is accredited !!!

What does this even mean?

But it's not accredited by AACSB, AMBA, or EQUIS - the organizations that matter.

Iam egyptian . The fact is Eslsca cheating us because into their egyptian site they are included Amba and AACSB inside their accreditation although if u surf AAcSB website you will get ESLSCA without that accreditation and you can make sure of that by surfing their french website

Yes, this school is misleading in their use of the AACSB logo on their website; ESLSCA does not have AACSB accreditation. They also use the Financial Times logo, which makes no sense, given that the school is not ranked in any ranking.

I believe that the only business school in Egypt accredited by AMBA, AACSB, or EQUIS continues to be the American University in Cairo:

Excecuse me guys , all i got after reading most of your discussions is that accreditation is very important if i am going for further studies in Egyptian university following my MBA , and i got that AASCB is one of the most trusted accreditations for any MBA program , so please tell me if you have the experience with that , is AASCB accreditation enough for post studies in Egyptian university and does this accreditation reflect the high standards of an MBA program ?!
Thanks in advance

Yes, AACSB accreditation ensures high standards, but more importantly, AACSB-accredited business schools will most likely have better connections with employers and their graduates will probably have better salary outcomes than those from business schools that don't have the accreditation.

You're going to be safer in the long run doing an MBA from an AACSB-accredited business school.

You are true .. but they justify using the AACCSB ANF FT logo because they are members in FT and AASCB

No, they can't justify usage of the AACSB logo without a clarifying statement, which should state specifically that they are a member, according to the AACSB website:

Non-accredited members interested in promoting their AACSB Membership should use the following statement, including a link to the AACSB International "About" Web page:

"{Member Institution/Organization} is a member of AACSB International—The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. www.aacsb.edu/about.”

A very definite question, that might not have a very definite answer? Is ESLSCA a good place to get my MBA degree? How will it be compared to others? In Egypt I can't find any entity but the AUC that is accredited and is only accredited by a single body AACSB...

That's right, AUC is still the only local business school in Egypt that has international accreditation.

You can also look into the MSM EMBA program offered through a partnership with RITI.
