The UK's Hull University Business School has announced that will offer an Executive MBA program in Romania.
The EMBA program will be offered through a partnership with the Babe?-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, which is in Transylvania. It's aimed at local working professionals as well as international students who want to spend time in the "heart of Transylvania," according to the program webpage.
The content will be based on the same curriculum as Hull's standard EMBA program. Classes will be held on a part-time basis over long weekends, which modules delivered approximately once every six weeks. Additionally, one module will be held on Hull's home campus in the UK.
Hull is accredited by both AMBA and AACSB.
Several other business schools offer internationally-accredited EMBA programs in Romania. For instance, the University of Sheffield, another UK school accredited by AMBA, offers an EMBA program through its campus in Bucharest. Other business schools with campuses in Bucharest include Austria's WU Executive Academy and Maastricht School of Management.
Hull's EMBA program in Romania is set to launch in February 2015. To apply, interested candidates must have at least three years of work experience and proficiency in English.
