I am trying to see how these two compare since the IBEAR has the advantage of in person networking compared to the online MBA. However the online MBA will allow me to maintain my current full time job. What are your thoughts?

My main goals are to take full advantages of the program educationally as I honestly miss learning, broaden my network, learn as much as I can and become and overall stronger candidate for more competitive and worthwhile positions.
