You're representative of a very competitive group of students - and some of the programs you're interested in (McCombs, for example,) are in high demand because of their lower tuition fees. For these reasons, I'd say that, without a 20+ point bump on your GMAT, some of these MBA programs will be reach schools for you. Here's how I'd rank your competitiveness, in order from your best chances to worst:
1. Kelley
2. Emory
3. Carnegie Mellon
4. Darden
5. McCombs
I would think of Emory as a good bet, as post-graduation salaries are pretty good, and many consulting firms recruit grads.

If I ask you to suggest 5 schools where I have a fair chance, what are the schools you would suggest (consider that I am gonna apply in Dec-Jan for Fall 2013)
Thanks.

Here are eight:
Emory University (Goizueta) (GA)
University of Wisconsin--Madison (WI)
University of Texas--Dallas (TX)
University of Iowa (Tippie) (IA)
Rice University (Jones) (TX)
Indiana University--Bloomington (Kelley) (IN)
Georgetown University (McDonough) (DC)
University of Maryland--College Park (Smith) (MD)
PS in the list above, McCombs should be 3rd, not 5th. I think Hipster is confusing McCombs for Mays.

The MBA program at UNC Kenan-Flagler (with a concentration in management consulting) might be worth looking at as well.
You might also apply to Babson or Temple Fox as a safety school - both have some good curriculum in strategy and management consulting.
