I got accepted in Suffolk (Boston) and Scranton (Scranton) MBA program. I am heading towards Marketing concentration.

I'd say that they're about even reputation-wise: not top-tier schools by any means, but they're both AACSB-accredited, which is important.
Scranton's program does offer a concentration in marketing that you might want to check out. Although it's questionable whether a specialized MBA will provide any advantage over a more general one.
My suggestion would be to check both out and meet with representatives from each school. That way you'll get a better sense of the fit.

Suffolk University has improved a lot.I say go for Suffolk. I believe they have a very good marketing dept.But the career services cell sucks big time.

This is sort of an old post, so I'm sure he's made up his mind by now - but I tend to agree with you. Scranton's more a regional program, while Suffolk's Boston location puts it in a better networking position. Salaries are (marginally) better as well.
However: neither school is super competitive, with an average GMAT of around 500-510 for admitted students. There are certainly many better schools in the regions.
