Assuming you would be an international student, why not look at MBA programs that are not focused almost primarily on locals?

Seattle's got Washington Foster, for instance; and there's not much in Erie, but in Pittsburgh you have Katz, in Philly there's Temple Fox and of course there's Wharton...
