No GMAT / one year MBA

today, i got very interesting question from my friends.
i need you guys help ...

he is trying to trasfer to another MBA school.
he is looking for
- decent tuition
- 12 month program or less
- not required for GMAT

anyone ring a bell ????
help me out guys~

Hello,
There are certain schools which do not require the GMAT, but a GRE score. The complete list can be found here
