From which school? The ones at Columbia, Carnegie Mellon, and Georgetown are quite highly regarded. However, they're much different from MBA programs, both in terms of content and post-graduation career paths.

What exactly are you looking for in terms of guidance?

In general these programs are aimed at a different group of people than those who pursue MBAs. I doubt that they would provide the same level of career resources that an MBA program would offer, for instance.

Also, it doesn't look like that NYU program is offered through the business school but rather through the university's school of professional studies.

Well frankly speaking technology management is for professionals who are keen on having a tech profile but in order to move to middle management positions need a techno-management degree whereas MBA is for those who want to shift to a purely management profile may be in consulting.
